Neo Oriental Minimal Music Improvisations (NOMMI),
atmospherical listening music

The NOMMI are played on the Swiss cimbalom, the Appenzeller Hackbrett. At galleries, art events and lounge meetings I play these NOMMI. I explore moods and vary in riffs, melody quotes and taxims. Sometimes I play the NOMMI together with other musicians.
I am the only one in the Netherlands playing the Appenzeller Hackbrett.  It has a oriental sound, like the Iranian santur, but with a European maqam.
